■Job Description■

◆We are recruiting many people to open a new location◆
Creating bread products that adhere to Joël Robuchon’s cooking concept of authentic French cuisine that maximizes the taste and value of the ingredients as they are. The bread products contain flavorful French flour with a high ash content and wild yeast, and they are fermented for long periods at low temperatures in order to draw out the perfectly-aged taste. Every day, the chef will check the fermentation rate that varies due to the seasons and the weather and fine-tune the recipes. You will provide guests with the very best taste.

This restaurant’s concept is “conviviality.” The restaurant is set up in an open-kitchen style that gives off the feel of the esprit of Paris. Chairs are set up around a counter in the kitchen area, affording the guests the feel that they are eating in the kitchen.
The service staff creates a world of “conviviality” by communicating directly with guests and introducing them to the cuisine and suggesting dishes that cater to their desires.  You will likely find this to be an appealing type of service a little different than table service. If you work here, you will improve your skills under the watchful eye of the guests while enjoying communicating with them.
