This restaurant’s concept is “conviviality.” The restaurant is set up in an open-kitchen style that gives off the feel of the esprit of Paris. Chairs are set up around a counter in the kitchen area, affording the guests the feel that they are eating in the kitchen.
The service staff creates a world of “conviviality” by communicating directly with guests and introducing them to the cuisine and suggesting dishes that cater to their desires. You will likely find this to be an appealing type of service a little different than table service.
