Reception at Robuchon Business Division (French Restaurant/Café/Boutique/Bar)

■Job Description■

This is a restaurant where guests can enjoy modern French cuisine prepared by maximizing the quality of the very best ingredients as evaluated by world-renowned French chef Joël Robuchon.

Everything in this restaurant is high grade, from the food to the interior to the service, and if you work here you will bump your customer service skills and hospitality up a notch.

I: Reception Staff
You will interact with guests as the face of our restaurant. We will also ask you to handle cloakroom duties.

II: Operator
You will handle reservations from customers and manage communication with clients.

Working Hours 09:30 – 23:30
Shifts
Normal Working Hours – 8 hours
Wages JPY210,000- 300,000
※Commensurate with experience
※Includes occasional overtime
Requirements I: Reception
Age 35 or younger
*One or more years of actual experience as an operator (no matter the industry)
*Conversational English or French
*Conversational Japanese
II: Operator
Age 40 or younger
*One or more years of actual experience as a hotel or restaurant receptionist
*We welcome those with guest service experience in the hotel/restaurant industry
*Conversational English
*Conversational Japanese
